Reminders:

The following U.S.A. visa applicants do not require a Health Case:

  1. K-Visa applicants

  2. Applicants doing their medical examination for the first time

  3. Applicants whose initial medical reports are still VALID or did their medical examinations within the last 3-6 months

K-visa applicants and applicants for initial medical examination may register online to secure an appointment for medical examination.

Applicants with valid initial medical reports must coordinate with the US Embassy Manila prior to registering for a new medical examination.

If you have already submitted a health case inquiry, PLEASE do not submit another request.
