The information provided through this site should not be used to diagnose or treat a health problem or disease, and neither is it a substitute for professional medical care. The health information provided on this site supplements but does not replace the relationship that exists between you and your physician or other health care provider.

Your information will be shared to the medical screening database of your country of destination, and SLEC will not have a control after the data is transmitted as part of your visa application process. As an applicant, by selecting a package and service, you confirm that the package and price are accurate. Any discrepancies or over payments due to incorrect selections may require additional time to resolve, so we recommend reviewing your choices carefully. By proceeding, you accept these terms.

If the information you provide is false, outdated, or incomplete, you will be liable for any resulting damages, and the company may take legal action. You authorize the company, directly or through third parties, to verify your information, including through credit checks or third-party databases, as necessary.
All medical fee packages are posted in our website, www.slec.ph, should there be a change in medical fee the new medical fee will prevail.
Bank payment must be made to biller name of “St. Luke’s Medical Center – Extension Clinic” or “St. Luke’s Extension Clinic” only. Any payment made to “St. Luke’s Medical Center QC” or “St. Luke’s Medical Center Global City” will not be posted to SLEC which are managed separately by each hospital to which SLEC does not have access. Correction for wrong biller may take days to correct and may result to delay in your medical examination.
If the payment for Medical Examination is not utilized or a refund is not requested within a period of two (2) years from the date of payment, the payment made by the Client shall be forfeited in its entirety. This forfeiture is intended to compensate the Provider for the administrative costs, opportunity costs, and potential loss of revenue associated with the reserved Visa Medical Examination.
Cash Payment - Available onsite thru our cashier
Credit Card - Available onsite thru our cashier; physical card (Visa or Master card) is required. Please note that there may be times that the terminal is offline beyond the control of SLEC.
Online credit card payment - Online payments (credit card) thru signing in and creating SLEC online account.
Applicant who wish to refund for a cancelled appointment or overpayment may send fill-out SLEC Refund Form to refund@slec.ph.

Selfie Photo of the registered applicant holding their valid ID.

Selfie Photo of the receiving bank account holder holding their valid ID.
The refund will be credited to your nominated InstaPay enabled digital wallet or bank account within 14 working days from the submission of complete requirement.

The refund for credit card transactions will reflect on your SOA within 14 working days from the submission of complete requirement
Use the following subject format:
Refund + Name of the registered applicant (First Name, Last Name, Suffix)

The refund will be processed within 14 working days from the submission of complete requirement.
