SLEC provides health-related information on this site for Visa Medical Examination for Immigration to other foreign Governments and Medical Research Purposes. The information provided through this site should not be used to diagnose or treat a health problem or disease, and neither is it a substitute for professional medical care. If you have or suspect you may have a health problem, it is best that you consult a physician or health care provider. The health information provided on this site supplements but does not replace the relationship that exists between you and your physician or other health care provider.
SLEC wants you to learn as much as possible from the information available from our Website and wants your online visit to be enjoyable, safe, and secure. We take your privacy very seriously. Your information will be shared to the medical screening database of your country of destination, and SLEC will not have a control after the data is transmitted as part of your visa application process. Any information you share with us will not be sold or provided to other third parties except for the government of your country of destination. You will receive information from us only upon your request or upon the request of the Government of your country of destination.

You as the applicant agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information. You agree not to impersonate any other person or use a name that you are not authorized to use. If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, without limiting other remedies, you as an applicant are liable for any damages of any kind or nature. SLEC will take the necessary legal action to indemnify itself for damages. You solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of all activities that occur on or through your end. SLEC shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of data.
You authorize SLEC, directly or through third parties (Payment Service Provider and Banks Partners) to make any inquiries we consider necessary to validate your information. This may include ordering a credit report and performing other credit checks or verifying the information you provide against third-party databases.
All medical fee packages are posted in our website, www.slec.ph, should there be a change in medical fee the new medical fee will prevail.
Bank payment must be made to biller name of “St. Luke’s Medical Center – Extension Clinic” or “St. Luke’s Extension Clinic” only. Any payment made to “St. Luke’s Medical Center QC” or “St. Luke’s Medical Center Global City” will not be posted to SLEC which are managed separately by each hospital to which SLEC does not have access. Correction for wrong biller may take days to correct and may result to delay in your medical examination.
We accept cash payment at the Clinic's cashier. We also offer the convenience of accepting credit card (Visa and Mastercard) payments onsite.
Please be reminded that St. Luke's Extension Clinic does not accept online credit card payments. Payments through Security Bank are also unavailable until further notice.
Applicants may request to cancel their visa medical schedule prior to their appointment date and request a refund. SLEC may charge a cancellation fee for the cost from the bank, credit card, opportunity loss, and other charges that had been consummated for the transaction.
The validity and accuracy of documents presented by the applicant/representative will be verified by SLEC prior to the processing of the refund.
Overpayment – For overpayment, the applicant will be refunded of the overpayment on the day of their medical examination.
Cancellation refund – For a refund due to the cancellation of an appointment, the requirement are as follow:
For an on-site refund
You may proceed to SLEC - Ermita located at 1177 Jorge Bocobo St., Ermita, Manila. Every weekday except holidays from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.
Bring the following documents for the release:
Original validated transaction slip from the bank.
Photocopy of the valid ID of the registered applicant affixed with 3 signatures.
If the claimant is not the registered applicant please bring the following:
An original authorization letter with an affixed signature of the registered applicant.
Photocopy of valid ID of the authorized person affixed with 3 signatures.
For a total refund of more than PHP 50,000.00, the refund will be in the form of check with preparation time of 5 working days, a cash refund maybe approved by the SLEC Authorized Signatory depending on the availability of the fund. A bank or digital wallet transfer is recommended to avoid unnecessary travel cost.

Email the following to refund@slec.ph with the subject format of Refund + Name (First Name, Last Name, Suffix) of the registered applicant (example: Refund Juan De la Cruz Sr.)

The online refund will be processed within 14 working days from the submission of complete requirement.
